Brian P. Neary

Mr. Neary graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Honors Program. After graduating from St. John’s University School of Law in 1986 with a class rank of 2/368, Brian P. Neary joined a prestigious Park Avenue law firm in Manhattan where he worked in their civil litigation department for a year representing corporate clients. Having received high quality training as a litigator, Mr. Neary decided that his calling was to represent individuals who needed a highly skilled attorney to battle against insurance companies. Mr. Neary joined a law firm in Huntington, New York where he continued to refine his skills as a trial attorney. Shortly thereafter Mr. Neary was drawn to medical malpractice law where client’s dealing with devastating injuries require a committed trial attorney to take on goliath insurance companies. For the past 34 years Mr. Neary has been representing clients who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
Medical malpractice is a very complex area of the law because the attorney has to thoroughly understand the medical issues in each case as well as be a skilled trial attorney. Francis M. Neary is of counsel to the law firm of Brian P. Neary PC. Mr. Neary has more than fifty years’ experience representing individuals and small businesses. He concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, estates and trusts and business transactions. He also serves as research specialist and appellate counsel to Brian P. Neary PC. Mr. Neary brings a vast degree of experience and knowledge to the firm. He is a highly skilled transactional attorney and has provided stellar representation to countless clients throughout his career. He is well respected in the legal community for his commitment to the law and service to his clients.
Mr. Neary is a graduate of Villanova University and Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted in all New York State Courts.
